Smart Energy Management in Virtual Power Plant Paradigm With a New Improved Multilevel Optimization Based Approach

A virtual power plant (VPP) is a cloud based distributed that aggregates the capacities of diverse energy resources (DERs) for purpose enhancing generation as well trading or selling on electricity market. The main issue faced while working VPPs management. Smart management VPP complex problem due to coordinated operation and their associated uncertainties. This research paper proposes real-time (RT) smart model using multi-objective, multi-level optimization-based approach. consists solar, wind thermal unit, along with an storage unit some flexible demands. term refers three different levels depicted homes comprising amounts loads. RT enabled by exploiting bidirectional communication infrastructure. Multi-objective implemented community-based dwelling system alternative algorithms i.e., hybrid optimal stopping rule (H-OSR), particle swarm optimization (H-PSO) advanced multi-objective grey wolf (AMO-GWO). proposed technique focuses achieving objectives load scheduling, pricing, efficient consumption, emission reduction, cost minimization maximization customer comfort altogether. comparative analysis performed among in which calculated prices are compared each other. It observed average H-PSO performs 7.86 % better than H-OSR whereas AMO-GWO 10.49% 5.7% H-P-SO. concludes briskest, most economical, algorithm VPP.
